Symposium on the NSERC Frontiers Project on antibiotic resistance in bioaerosols
This event is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the diversity of our expertise and research interests, and to pave the way for new collaborations. We are fortunate to welcome two renowned speakers: Abia A. King and Simon Otto.
Dr. King is Honorary Associate Professor at the University of KwaZulu Natal and a researcher at the Foundation for Environmental Research in South Africa. Simon Otto is a veterinarian, epidemiologist and assistant professor at the University of Alberta's School of Public Health. He also leads the HEAT-AMR (Human-Environment-Animal Transdisciplinary Antimicrobial Resistance) research group.
At this symposium, we'll also have the opportunity to hear students present their research projects in short lectures and poster presentations.
